Helping women overcome emotional eating and build a healthy relationship with food and body image—no diets, guilt, or shame

Welcome

You often feel out of control around food, and wonder why you can’t “just stop.”

About Me

My Mission

Food Freedom Coaching is dedicated to empowering women to overcome emotional eating and build a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.

Through personalized one-on-one and group coaching sessions, I guide women using the transformative Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a method that I credit for my own journey to food freedom and self-acceptance.

My approach centres on self-discovery and healing the root issues that keep you from making choices that feel good, creating lasting peace around food and sustainable well-being.

Join me to break free from patterns that no longer serve you and embrace a life of confidence and well-being.
